You, our clients, are important to us, therefore we want to offer a service that brings you back to us. We will go the extra mile to fulfil your requirements.

This is our pledge:

We undertake to repair, or supply parts, for any make and any model laptop. We will contact you with a diagnosis, quotation and lead-time on any parts required and will keep you informed of the progress. We repair to component level and offer a 3 month warranty on all repairs undertaken.

Money Matters:

NO FIX, NO FEE. If your broken laptop is beyond economical repair we will either offer you part exchange options or return your laptop in the condition received, in which case there are no inspection charges, just a £25.00 P&P fee.

Fill in our Contact Us Enquiry Form. Please describe your laptop problem in detail, giving as much information as possible, i.e. make, model, screen size etc. Where possible we will give you a quotation by return, however in some cases we will need to inspect your laptop beforehand.
